A certain professional football league is very, very protective of its trademarks. And who can blame them? They've invested a lot of time and money in building their world-class brand. What are they supposed to do? Sit idly by while unscrupulous con artists manufacture shoddy bootleg merchandise, or offer pirated broadcasts of games on the Internet, or claim that the Acer X241WSD 24" Widescreen LCD Monitor is endorsed by a certain star-spangled quarterback with an Irish last name?
